Much of what we make begins with an idea.
We work closely with interior designers, architects and private clients to develop one-off pieces of furniture, whether starting from a sketch, a reference, an existing design or something entirely new.
From the first conversation through to the finished piece, every stage is handled by our team in our London workshop. We can advise on proportions, construction, comfort, materials and finishes, developing drawings and samples where needed before the piece goes into production.
Because our upholstery, carpentry and finishing all happen under one roof, we are able to refine the details as a piece takes shape. The result is furniture made specifically for its setting, with the character and quality of something made by hand.

1. Tell us what you have in mind. Send us whatever you have, whether that's a sketch, a photograph, a floor plan or simply a description. We'll talk it through with you and ask about the room, how the piece will be used and when you need it.
2. We shape the design together. We settle the size, shape and level of comfort, along with the small details that make the piece yours. Where it helps, we'll draw it up so you can see exactly what you're getting.
3. You choose the materials. We send samples of fabric, timber and finish so you can see and feel them in your own space. Nothing goes into production until you're happy.
4. We make it in our London workshop. Upholstery, carpentry and spray finishing all happen under one roof, so every stage is made and checked by our own team. Most pieces take 5 to 8 weeks.
5. We deliver and install. We arrange a delivery date that suits you, or work around your project schedule, and set the piece in place for you.
02Materials & COM
We work with a wide range of premium timbers, metals, leathers, and upholstery fabrics, selected for durability, aesthetic quality, and suitability for contract use where required.
Client's own material is fully welcomed. We are happy to advise on suitability, durability, and required yardage before confirming an order. Sample lengths can be submitted ahead of briefing.
03Cushion Fillings
The filling is the last decision, and not a small one. Each option changes the way a piece sits, settles, and wears over time. We will always advise on what suits the piece.
Foam and Dacron. High-density foam cut to the exact shape of each cushion, finished with a Dacron wrap that softens the profile without compromising structure. It holds its form without fuss, the right choice for pieces that will be used hard and often.
Feather and down. The classic fill. Loose feather and down gives each cushion a relaxed, settled quality, the kind that improves with use. It asks something of you in return, a plump and a turn now and then. For those who don't mind, there is nothing softer.
Feather and down jacket with foam core. A foam core holds the shape, and a feather and down jacket does everything else. The result is a cushion that sits beautifully and asks very little in return. Our most frequently specified option.
04Lead Times & Guarantee
All pieces are made to order, typically within 5 to 8 weeks. Larger or more complex schemes are reviewed individually, and our London-based production allows us to stay flexible where installation deadlines demand it.
Every frame carries a 15-year guarantee, and all workmanship a 3-year guarantee.
