What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by cash, cheque, or bank transfer. We also accept all major credit and debit cards, including American Express. Please note that some card providers charge processing fees, and a credit card surcharge may therefore apply.
How do I pay?
Payment in full is required for all in-stock items. For made-to-order pieces, a 50% deposit is required to confirm your order, with the remaining balance payable upon completion. Once the balance has been received as cleared funds, our delivery team will contact you to arrange delivery.
How long does it take to make your furniture?
For our standard collection, our lead time is approximately 4–5 weeks from receipt of the 50% deposit and all approved fabrics. For bespoke pieces, lead times are typically 5–6 weeks, starting from receipt of the deposit, fabric approval, leg finish confirmation, and any signed-off drawings where applicable.
Can I supply my own fabric?
Yes, we are more than happy for you to supply your own fabric. Please refer to our fabric section or contact us for further guidance and requirements.
Do I need to confirm my fabric choice when placing an order?
Yes. To guarantee lead times, fabric choices should be confirmed as soon as possible after placing your order.
Can you store the furniture for me?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer storage. However, we can recommend and arrange third-party storage solutions on your behalf. Please contact us for a quotation.
Is there a guarantee?
Yes. All handcrafted solid beech frames used in our sofas are fully guaranteed for 15 years. Fabric wear will vary depending on usage and care. We recommend following the care instructions provided for all upholstery fabrics.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver throughout London and the Home Counties. For other UK mainland locations, delivery can be arranged via a dedicated carrier. International shipping is also available — please speak to a member of our sales team for an estimate.
How soon can you deliver?
Delivery timelines depend on current lead times and will be confirmed at the time of purchase.
What if access to my property is limited?
Where access is restricted, we can adapt our designs with bolt-on arms and backs to facilitate delivery. Please let us know of any access concerns when placing your order. We can also arrange on-site assembly if required.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Yes, Saturday delivery is available for an additional surcharge to our standard weekday delivery rate. Please contact us to arrange a weekend delivery.
Is there a standard delivery charge?
No. Delivery charges are calculated based on several factors, including location, number of items ordered, floor level, and accessibility. As each order is unique, please consult with an advisor to receive an accurate delivery quotation.
