Shipping policy
Delivery Coverage
We offer delivery within the UK and can arrange international shipping upon request. International deliveries may be subject to additional charges, customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the Customer.
Delivery Timeframes
All delivery dates provided are estimated only.
- Bespoke and made-to-order items are produced to individual specifications and therefore have varying lead times, which will be confirmed at the time of order.
- In-stock items are typically dispatched within the timeframe advised at purchase.
While we make every effort to meet stated delivery times, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including material availability, production schedules, transport delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Recoire LTD shall not be liable for any loss, inconvenience, or expense resulting from delivery delays.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated based on the size, weight, destination, and access requirements of each order and will be confirmed prior to dispatch.
Additional charges may apply in the following circumstances:
- Difficult or restricted access
- Deliveries above the second floor without lift access
- Delayed delivery requests requiring storage
- Failed delivery attempts due to the Customer not being available
Any additional charges will be communicated to the Customer in advance where possible.
Access & Site Conditions
It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure:
- Clear and safe access for delivery vehicles and personnel
- Adequate space to manoeuvre items into the property
- Doorways, staircases, lifts, and corridors are suitable for the furniture dimensions
Recoire LTD cannot accept responsibility for delivery failure where access is unsuitable. In such cases, redelivery or storage charges may apply.
Collection, Delivery & Installation
Where collection, delivery, or installation services are provided:
- Exact times cannot be guaranteed
- The Customer must remove or protect existing furniture, fixtures, or personal items
- Recoire LTD reserves the right to refuse delivery if access conditions are deemed unsafe or unsuitable
Recoire LTD shall not be liable for damage during collection or delivery unless negligence is proven, in which case liability will be limited in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
Inspection on Delivery
Customers are advised to inspect all items upon delivery.
- Any visible damage must be noted at the time of delivery and reported to us in writing within 48 hours
- Failure to report damage within this timeframe may affect the ability to make a claim
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery cannot be completed due to:
- Customer unavailability
- Incorrect delivery information
- Restricted access
Recoire LTD reserves the right to charge for redelivery and/or storage.
International Shipping
International shipping can be arranged on request.
- All customs duties, import taxes, and local charges are the responsibility of the Customer
- Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs clearance
Recoire LTD cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs or local authorities.
Storage
If delivery is delayed at the Customer’s request or due to access issues, Recoire LTD may apply a storage charge. Storage costs will be confirmed prior to being applied.
